"The initial order that I placed was for Magnesium Taurate. The Zinc was a free item that was to be included in the shipment. The envelope type package arrived in my locked mailbox but had been opened and was empty. I called your office and the representative said she would send me another bottle of Magnesium free of charge but the Zinc was on back order.
