    "Absolutely brilliant balance of nutrients in optimal doses and I love the energy from the AM regimen. My sleep has improved from the PM, and my recovery from my strength training is also improving. The only negative thing that I can say, is that packaging quality control needs to be a little better some of the supplements need to have cotton in the containers."
