"I used to take ACF liquid the moment I felt a scratch in my throat or spent the day with someone who had a cold. I just returned from a cruise (leaving from Europe) and could not take a large bottle of liquid, so I took these. Everyone around me was sick...my roommate, my dance partners (it was a tango cruise) and others on the ship. I popped about 6 a day and did not get sick!
