"Stevia is a great healthy alternative to sugar. That said, there are many brands and forms of stevia out there. One of the biggest criticisms of the product is a lingering aftertaste. Organic KAL Stevia is not only a powerful and pleasant sweetener but it does not alter the taste of anything you put it in and has no aftertaste. KAL changed its formula a few years ago which caused it to be difficult to dissolve. But the organic version remains unchanged and is superior to the regular “Sure” version."
