I got off my prescription thanks to this
"I was on a very strong acid reflux prescription for years (Dexilant). I had tried all the over the counter stuff to no avail. My prescription was $200 a month. Now I just take two these tablets in the morning and I can eat whatever I want without a problem. I couldn't deal with the liquid apple cider vinegar. Occasionally I'll still get heartburn but chewing on a couple of tums will fix it. It happens maybe once every four months. Even with the prescription I had days when I had to supplement. Supplements on their own had stopped working for me. I do have to take the tablets every day or I'll get heartburn. Once it starts the tablets are no good. They work to prevent."
