Shipping Policy 

You can typically expect your shipment to arrive within 3-5 business days. We do not offer overnight shipping. However, if you need your items sooner, please check our Amazon listing or visit your local health food store. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

We currently only ship to US-based customers.  

 

Shipping Cost 

When your order total is more than $45.00 (after any discounts or promotions have been subtracted and excluding taxes), we will gladly ship your order for FREE! If your order is less than $45.00, we will show your shipping total at checkout. 

 

Missing or Damaged Packages 

If your package was damaged during transit or is missing and cannot be located, please notify our Customer Service Department at customerservice@kal.com or by calling 1-800-538-5888. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any item purchased from us or an authorized seller, you may request a refund or replacement product within sixty (60) days of purchase by calling 1-800-538-5888.
