Feeling Stressed? Try Our Version of the Sleepy Girl Mocktail (4 Recipes)

The holidays are a mixed bag. There’s a lot to look forward to, but inevitable stress as well. How do we get through the long to-do lists and expectations while relaxing enough to enjoy them?

“Sleepy Girl” Mocktails may be the answer. These mixed drinks using traditional cocktail ingredients provide an elevated flavor profile without the effects of alcohol.

In other words, they’re the perfect match for our Magnesium ActivMix Powders. Magnesium is known to promote feelings of relaxation, which is what “Sleepy Girl” Mocktails aim to do.* Our version of the Sleepy Girl Mocktail combines the delicious taste with all the benefits of magnesium in just one bottle. Try these four recipes while winding down at home or throwing a holiday mocktail party for friends.

Rudolph’s Red-Nosed Mocktail

Instructions:

  1. Combine orange juice and cranberry juice
  2. Gently mix in ActivMix Powder.
  3. Add kombucha and lemon.
