Holiday Stress? Try Our ‘Chill Out’ Magnesium Mocktails

Holiday Stress? Try Our ‘Chill Out’ Magnesium Mocktails

The holidays are a mixed bag. There’s a lot to look forward to, but inevitable stress as well. How do we get through the long to-do lists and expectations of the holidays while relaxing enough to enjoy them?

A cozy beverage never hurts. Eggnog and hot cocoa are classics, but “Sleepy Girl” Mocktails are surging in popularity. These mixed drinks using traditional cocktail ingredients provide an elevated flavor profile without the effects of alcohol.

In other words, they’re the perfect match for our Magnesium ActivMix Powders. Magnesium is known to promote feelings of relaxation, which is what “Sleepy Girl” Mocktails aim to do.* So we’d like to suggest a new trend: Healthy “Chill Out” Mag-tails. Mag-tails is our fun little way of saying magnesium mocktail, and they’re great for experiencing the soothing benefits of magnesium while celebrating the season to its fullest. Try these four recipes while winding down at home or throwing a holiday mocktail party for friends.

Instructions:

  1. Combine orange juice and cranberry juice
  2. Gently mix in ActivMix Powder.
  3. Add kombucha and lemon.
